Research And Evaluation Of Enterprises Finance Competitiveness

Whether from the enterprise's survival, development and profitability of point of view, financial management is an important factor affecting business, with financial management as the core of enterprise management, it should establish and improve competitiveness in order to finance the core financial management system and financial evaluation system.This study is the evaluation of the competitiveness of corporate finance and corporate finance to nurture and enhance the competitiveness, of which the competitiveness of the enterprise financial evaluation is the core of this study, this paper include:connotation and characteristics of corporate finance competitiveness, the enterprise the competitiveness of the financial evaluation model and take the case design on the competitiveness of enterprises to evaluate the financial, the cultivation and promotion of competitiveness of corporate finance.Thesis was a comprehensive summary of the author research work, in which key elements are as follows:(1) analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise's financial mechanism of the formation. Through the existing mechanism of the formation of the competitiveness of enterprises, analyzing the competitiveness of corporate finance the formation mechanism, because the enterprise's financial competitiveness is a part of the competitiveness of enterprises.(2) Analysis connotation of corporate finance competitiveness. In this paper, some academics have already cited the competitiveness of the definition of corporate finance, then from six aspects analysis the definition of the competitiveness of corporate finance, deep understanding the meaning of the competitiveness of corporate finance.(3) the enterprise's financial competitiveness factors were analyzed. In this paper, corporate finance strategy, financial resources and financial capacity of these three aspects of analysis of enterprise financial competitiveness of the factors, and conducted in-depth set. (4) from the three aspects of financial analysis of the competitiveness of enterprises and enterprise competitiveness relationship. (5) the existing corporate finance current domestic competitiveness evaluation index system are set forth, and on this basis, this paper put forward the competitiveness of enterprise financial evaluation index system.(6) the establishment of the competitiveness of enterprise financial evaluation model and conduct empirical analysis. Since the competitiveness of enterprise financial evaluation of existing research, most scholars have used factor analysis of the financial competitiveness of enterprises was evaluated, and only a small number of scholars referred to the entropy law, but do not have the right method is to use entropy corporate finance conducted a competitive evaluation of in-depth analysis and study, in this paper, entropy weight method to evaluate the competitiveness of corporate finance. And analyzed the entropy rights law in relation to the benefits and advantages of factor analysis. (7) to enhance the competitiveness of corporate finance and nurturing proposed exploratory proposal.
