Study On The Sustained Developnent Strategy Of The GZLN Accounting Firm

With China's accession to WTO and the opening of the auditing market, the domestic CPA is facing many challenges and problems. How to enlarge and strengthen the domestic accounting firms is always a serious issue considered by CPA industry and country management. For GZLN CPA's firm, a medium-sized CPA's firm, which kind of development strategy should be taken by in order to safeguard or increase her market share under the more intensively competitive market, which is topic of this research article.Having analyzed current circumstance of development of GZLN CPA's firm, external macro environment, competitive environment of industry, circumstance of industry, this dissertation concluded that, as a small-medium scale CPA's firm, GZLN CPA's firm is facing bottlenecks of development. There are both chance and challenge.The dissertation viewed that GZLN should take the large-scale business strategy by setting up branch offices or members of the group of accounting firms.The dissertation believed that, despite the GZLN accounting firms are facing tremendous competitive pressure, but through the analysis the competitive environment and development situation, to play their strengths, avoid their weaknesses, seize opportunities, face the challenge, formulate practical competition and to implement development strategies, get rid of bottlenecks and embarrassing moment in the development of situation is entirely possible.
