Research On China's Construction Industry Policy

Great achievements have been obtained by China's construction industry under the guidance of the industry policy, which has directed the reform and development for more than thirty years. This dissertation focuses on China's construction industry policy, the policy after the Reform and Open Up has been emphasized. From systematically summarizing the policies and analyzing the industrial scale, industrial structure, technological progress, energy conservation, construction enterprise operation and business, employees and other aspects, conclusion can be drawn that the construction industry development is beneficial from the industry policy.However, there are still many problems in the construction industry and market, such as some of the employer's behaviors are illegal and thus disturb the market order. Therefore, there are still improvements to be done by the authorities through policy issues and execution. Reference has also been obtained from the policy analysis of the developed countries and areas. Based on this, policy suggestions are given. From consummating relevant institutions such as engineering insurance and guarantee, market environment will be improved. Other proposals on the construction enterprises and personnel engaged in construction are also given. From the support of these policies, a more competitive industry is worth to be expected.
