Research On Financial Security Under Cyber Economy Environment

ABSTRACT:In the 21st century, the cyber economy develops rapidly and penetrates into the field of finance ceaselessly. The cyber economy makes financial activities more convenient and efficient, but at the same time, it brings huge challenges to the financial security. Under the cyber economy environment, the financial institutions in our country should take effective measures to ensure financial security based on the current situation, in order to safeguard economic security, social security and national security.This paper combines the empirical analysis with the normative analysis and quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis in the process of research. Firstly, this paper demonstrates the linear dependence relation between the development of the cyber economy and financial security in our country based on the relative theories of the cyber economy and financial security. Then it analyzes the current situation of financial security under the cyber economy environment. Lastly, it puts forward six main safeguard measures for financial security under the cyber economy environment including raising people's awareness of ensuring financial security, building warning system of financial security, strengthening internal management of financial institutions, establishing and improving laws and regulations related to financial security, strengthening financial supervision and encouraging technological innovation. This paper has some important theoretical and practical values in the research on financial security under the cyber economy environment.
