Research On The Influences And Countermeasures On Changes Of Dependence Degree On Foreign Oil

As the economic developing fast, the demand of petroleum has been increased.While the ability of China’s petroleum production increase slowly, the gap between demand and supply become broader than before, so we have to depend on the import of petroleum.The dependence degree on foreign oil can reflect the country’s oil consumption degree of dependence on foreign oil,it can be measured by the proportion of a country’s petroleum net imports in its petroleum consumption. If the dependence degree is too high, it can effect the safety of petroleum, the main factor considered in this thesis is the safety of petroleum supply.If the petroleum won’t provide in time,it may takes a lot of losses about the national economics.Firstly, petrochemical industry like oil refinery,the shortage of petroleum makes the production of refined oil product declined,thus, it will make a significant influence, what’s more, the residents’ daily routine will in a dreadful mess. To research the influence on national economic caused by the change of dependence degree on foreign oil, can not only avoid the petroleum supply problems, but also stimulate the development of local technology, to research the alternative energy is helpful for the establishing of conservation-minded society.This article is consisted of five parts. The first part is the introduction, in this part it state the the background and the significance of this topic, base on the international and domestic research condition, I innovate a new way to research the foreign oil dependence degree.The second part, I try to explain the measure criterion of foreign oil dependence degree,and research the factors which influence the dependence degree,what’s more,I illustrate what will be happen on domestic economy when the foreign oil dependence degree have changed.The third part is about the current situation of the petroleum demand and supply, the evolution process of dependence degree on foreign oil,and forecast the trend of oil dependence degree.The forth part is about the empirical analysis on the influences on economy caused by the change of dependence degree on foreign oil,in this part,I prove the influencing mechanism is correct.The fifth part is the countermeasure on increasing dependence degree on foreign oil, the advice is useful for protecting the environment.
