In an increasingly competitive business of today, competition of human resources between enterprises has become one of the most important factors. If an enterprise has an excellent staff team, it should be more advantage in the business competition. However, how to motivate the individual potential to meet the development demand of the enterprise, and constantly under the conditions of the existing manpower to create higher labor productivity? This is the employee incentive mechanisms need to study and solve problems.Based on the theory from domestic and foreign studies, adopted the research methods of linking theory with practice, employee incentive mechanisms innovation of NWH as the research object, this thesis analyzed the existing condition of the mechanisms, and identified the problem to research, innovative redesign the incentive mechanisms. Beginning in the design, using access to information, surveys such as the enterprise's human resources and employee incentive status of understanding, to obtain first-hand information. The use of data analysis method to obtain information and data processing, identify the employees incentive problems. With the staff motivation theory, concludes with the staff can try to improve incentives for innovative measures. Thus improving the enterprise in the absence of the original incentive mechanism to improve the company's employee incentive system. The results of this research building on the NWH staff in line with their development needs incentives to provide a more scientific basis, and many have the feasibility of specific measures, particularly in the emphasis on the establishment of proposed employees on the basis of career planning, staff incentives to take innovative research derived from this perspective, some new perspectives and ideas, in the hope other domestic scientific research, design, consulting, project management, mainly employees of state-owned enterprise sector incentives for building the reference and reference effect.
