Tourism is an integrated industry,including travel agents,tourism and catering industry,hotel industry,transportation,travel tourism and entertainment and so on;relating to manufacturing,transportation,real estate and other industries,affecting a wide field. With the changing of world economic pattern,trade in tourism services in the position of a country's economy is growing. China is a tourist country,however it is not a power one,there are still some problems must be resolved. This paper is divided into five parts to analyze the trade in tourism services in Chinese international competitiveness.This article describes the concepts related to trade in tourism services,tourism's role,characteristics and other basic knowledge;analyzes our status of the international tourism trade in services. In the accompanying global transportation,international tourism ,information technology and the industry's rapid development,international trade in tourism services rapidly grows and develops. Trade in tourism services hitted by a small extent,however,tourism foreign exchange income in the national income still occupies a large proportion ,in the whole plays a decisive role. Comparative advantage,absolute advantage theory,competitive advantage theory and other theories draw on the competitiveness of the existing evaluation system .This paper was based on the build suitable for evaluation of China's tourism services trade index system to analyse Chinese tourism industry competitiveness. Comparing with other countries in index, the date full shows that although Chinese tourism industry developed rapidly,but had low level .There are many factors affect a country's international competitiveness of trade in tourism services,this article was inclined to support Porter's diamond model. Diamond model will affect the competitiveness of the tourism industry ,divided into four basic factors:the basic factors and two contributing factors. The basic factors including:tourism resource endowments,human resources,technical elements,and other factors of production,manufacturing,transportation and other related developments in related industries: domestic and international tourism demand conditions,tourism,business organizations,strategies,and competitive posture. The two auxiliary factors:the government acts and opportunities. These factors not only can independently affect the international competitiveness of tourism services,but also interact together to constitute the whole .In this paper,using the diamond model,combined with Chinese actual situation to analyze competitiveness of trade in tourism services .Through the analysis of influencing factors,we find that Chinese development process of tourism industry has many problems to settle to improve the international competitiveness of trade in tourism services.Although China is rich in natural resource endowment of tourism,the tourism infrastructure and related facilities is still inadequate.Although our country has abundant labor resources, lack professional tourism personnel.Despite the large number of tourism enterprises, there is excessive competition in the tourism market,tourism-related law legally binding.Although a lot of tourist attractions,the structure of tourism product is single,tourism enterprises lack the capability of independent innovation. To this end,we have to improve the international competitiveness of tourism,although it has been increased .To start with both the government and enterprises to improve.On the one hand ,government should Strengthen the infrastructure,the importance of tourism personnel training,tourism legislation,regional cooperation,foster greater tourism concept,by broadening access to markets and other measures to effectively implement the quot;going out and bringing in and quot policy.On the other hand enterprises,by optimizing the tourism product mix,strengthen enterprise independent innovation capability,strengthen the network marketing tourism products,improve product quality,create a corporate brand and other measures to improve trade in tourism services in China's international competitiveness.
