Huaibei Area Network Planning And Resource Development Use Research

With the rapid development of the local economy and the increasing degree of Government Investment, the load growth is accelerating. However, Power Structures are not reasonable, and the Power System Planning and Resource Development also have a glaring contradiction, so if we can not plan the power grid scientifically and reasonably, there will be bound to result in the waste of resources. In this paper, taking Huaibei region power grid as an example, on the basis of carefully analyzing the status quo of power and coal resources, we stand on a strategic height of regional economic and social development, insist on the up-front, scientific and resonality of the Power System Planning, take full account of development and utilization of the regional coal and land resources, finally comprehensively plan and optimize the regional power grid by the computer-aided decision-making system. This has an important practical significance because it realizes the sustainable development of power grid planning and coal,land resources and also provides a new way to solve harmonious development of Power System Planning and resource development.
