Motivation means to stimulate people's job initiative in management science. Namely, use various effective methods to mobilize people's initiative and creative so that they can w-ork hard to accomplish tasks assigned by organization and achieve goals of organization. As a product developed in a particular historical period, electrical diversified-business enterpris-e has achieved great progress after developing for many years, and has owned certain marke-t shares and competitiveness, but its management level, especially the utilization of motivate-eon mechanism, is still in a low standard.Aiming at solving problems existing in establishing motivation system of Zheng-zhou Huadian Jinyuan Piping Co.Ltd, which is also an electrical diversified-business en-terprise, and combining relevant foreign and domestic motivation theories, the paper pr-es ented design thoughts and principles of motivation system on the basis of investigati-ng current situation of the company, designed a preliminary motivation system suitable for the development of the company, and exemplified and analyzed the newly designed motivation system.
