A Study On The Relationship Between Technological Innovation, As Well As Export Trade

In today's society, the level of a country's economic development can often be reflected by the country's technological innovation capability, if a country's technological innovation capability is stronger than other countries, it often means that the country's economic strength is stronger, the economic level is higher, and the national strength is more developed. In recent years, China is increasing emphasis on the role of technological innovation, our leaders also stressed that China must unswervingly take the road of independent innovation on many occasions, technological innovations is a very important aspect of independent innovation. In this context, there is a very important practical significance if we have studied technological innovations on the pulling effect of China's export trade. On the one hand, understanding of technological innovations on the size of the contribution of China's export trade can let us exactly clear what factors directly affect the technological innovation, thus indirectly affecting the export trade of China, when we take reasonable response because of these factors, it could be better for China's export trade; on the other hand, if we have studied the relationship between technological innovations and China's export trade, it can also enable China's export enterprises to further clarify its future direction of development, that is how the promotion of technological innovation in enterprises can continue to carry out the expansion of international trade. At the same time, in recent years there is an increasingly competitive between international science and technology, technological innovation capability has become a country's core competitiveness. If our country's technological innovation capability has not increased, export enterprises has always exported some labor-intensive products, rather than technology-intensive products, then the developed countries will be in a monopoly position because of its strong technological advantage and market advantage in a long-term period, thus some of China's export enterprises will be bound to the loss, and it will bring about livelihood issues such as unemployment that is obviously not conducive to the healthy and stable of China's domestic economy and sustainable development, and this is also deviate from building a socialist harmonious society. With the continuous development of international trade, China has entered a new period of relying on scientific and technological progress and technological innovation to promote development of foreign trade. Adhere to the road of technological innovation with Chinese characteristics, and make efforts to build an innovative country, has become a major strategy for the new era of national development policy.In this paper, firstly we have reviewed technical factors related to international trade theory, on this basis, we sum up the relevant literature from domestic and foreign scholars, through the review of the literature by scholars at home and abroad, We can clearly see that, whether domestic or foreign scholars, there is not have a unified point of view between technological innovation and the international trade, they come from a number of different perspectives to discuss the issues. Compared to Chinese scholars, although foreign scholars have different research perspective and methods, they basically agree that technological innovation can promote the development of international trade, at the same time the rapid development of international trade can also promote the continuous advancement of technology innovation. However, the domestic scholars, who study the point based on China's specific conditions, do not give a unified conclusion, some believe that China's technological innovation can contribute to their development of foreign trade, but some believe not. Why is it? I believe that apart from using different analytical methods of measurement will arrive at different conclusions, different indicators of China's technology innovation have a lot effect to arrive at different conclusions.In the empirical research part, according to the data availability, I select 12 indicators that related to the technological innovation, and then use of principal component analysis to measure China's technology innovation index, and then use the China's technology innovation index together with China's export volume to give Correlation analysis in VAR model, so we can come to the relationship between the technological innovation and export trade.By this analysis, I believe that technological innovation in our country did not promote the development of China's export trade very well, that is technological innovations is not good at on the pulling effect of China's export trade, therefore, in future work, we must further improve its technological innovation in the role of export trade, and through continuous improvement of technological innovation to the development of China's export trade.Based on the above in-depth study of the relationship between the technological innovation and export trade, this article make relevant policy recommendations about how to improve and upgrade our technological innovations on the pulling effect of the export trade. Some of the major policy recommendations from the national level, regional level and enterprise level, and I hope this recommendations will give good effect on our country's development strategy.
