In recent years, with the increasingly fierce market competition, work stress has become the hot issue of common concern to the community. Excessive work pressure will not only have detrimental physical and mental health of employees, but also affect the staffs work attitude and behavior in varying degrees,,and thus affect the organization's overall performance. The high working pressure and high-separation tendencies exist simultaneously in new employees after 1980s, and enter into a vicious circle of state.How to reduce the staff's pressure level through various kinds and how to carry out effective stress management in the organization,has become one important research topic in the field of organizational behavior and human resources management.In this context,the paper try to explain the consist of work stress of new employees in Chinese enterprises through the study of enterprises new employee's work, perceived organizational support as well as the relationship between the turnout intention.And the paper will also explore the The specific mechanism of Perceived Organizational Support between the work stressors and turnout intention to provide some guidance for stress management in enterprises.Refering to the previous study,the paper builds the work stress questionnaire of new employee,and distributes the survey questionnaires to the new employees who has entered the enterprises within 3 yeas.The survey results validate the work stress of new employees include the stress of work itself, career development pressure, the stress of organization and management environment, the role of stress and interpersonal stress. And new employees in the organization and management pressures, career development pressure and the pressure of work itself, have shown a high level.Also in the turnout intention. By use of the independent-samples T test, one-way ANOVA test, the result indicates that work stressors is significantly different among the new employees'gender, work time,the lever of education and the nature of the organization. By use of linear regression and pearson correlation analysis,the paper validate the different impact between the various dimensions of work stress and turnout intention. The research also approves that perceived organizational supportcan effectively regulate the relationship between the work stress and the turnout intention.On this basis, the research also discusses the mechanism on the perceived organizational support for the working pressures, and Further to mention stress management Suggestions on new employees.
