Study On Shidai Fu Belief In Moutain Area Of Luzhong

Shidai Fu is the local god that dedicated to some temples in the mountain area of Luzhong, according to current information we can known that Shidai Fu faith began from the Ming Dynasty, prosperoused in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, recoveried and developmented today. Many legends about Shidai Fu that can treat with the people in the moutain area of Luzhong, and then formed a kind of folk that worshiped Shidai Fu in temples. According to the old words and the survey found in recent years, the places in which occered Shidai Fu faith are Zhangqiu,Zouping,Zichuan and the region in the junction of Changbai moutain, more or less taken place in Boshan,Laiwu,Taian and other places. From the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Shidai Fu faith attached to Shigan Dang, after the middle of the Qing Dynasty, some people worshiped Shidai Fu as the famous doctor,or viewed as 10 doctors, or deemed the ten famous doctors in the chinese history as it. Judging from the survey in recent years, Shidai Fu faith in Zhangqiu, Zichuan,Laiwu and Boshan are very popular, the social function gradually expanded.In this article, the author want to give a comprehensive introduction about Shidai Fu belief in Luzhong to the readers that included the history, the spatial distribution of Shidai Fu faith and the relationships to Shigan Dang.Although it though the special period that accompanied with ideological turbulence,the activities of Shidai Fu faith continues today. Many different kinds of legends about Shidai Fu in Luzhong are important factors to the faith transmission.By analyzing the different types of supernatural legends about Shidai Fu faith,we can found it'sfunction in the development of Shidai Fu faith.Temples are the material where activities occueed, and then temple fair is the most concentrated point that activities appeared. This thesis will conduct a comprehensive analysis about the field survey in different places in Luzhong, and then descript the temple fair and the temples,at last conduct a preliminary study about the ceremonies not only at home, but also in temples and ritual activities between villages.The author hope that though the study on Shidai Fu faith in Laiwu and other places, in order to resolve why the Shidai Fu faith only in Luzhong and why it appeared the present situation that faith activities in decline.
