Shandong Province Road Transportation Logistics Research

Abstract:Reform and opening-up over the past 30 years, the traffic highway system of Shandong basically formed the centre of regarding Jinan,the provincial capital as, the countries, provincial highways are the skeleton, based on the county road, spread all over networks of highways in urban and rural areas and extending in all direction, thus make the road transport service of Shandong get faster development.Road transport of Shandong has become the transportation way which completed the most traffic volume and business income nowadays, and the basic position is strengthened day by day. In recent years, with the fast development of economy and society, and the constant expansion of opening to the outside world of our province, road transport plays an important role in mordern logistics, because it can complete'door to door'transportation. But meanwhile, because the socialized intensity of road transport enterprises is low, the environment of logistics of the road transport does not adapt to the development, a lot of problems need to be solved, such as lack of unified planning, incentive policy and weak of informationization. Faced the relaxation of economic policy after the accession to the WTO, the road transport faces opportunity of development and enormous challenge even more. So the traditional road transportation transforms to the mordern logistics, it is not only the need of social economic development,but also the need by itself. This text uses research approaches such as investigation method, comparative analytic approach and analytic approach of the real example,etc. synthetically, have explained the relation of road transportation and logistics and their positions and functions in the mordern logistics at first. Secondly, combining the current development situation of the domestic transport logistics, it analyzes the provincial demand of road transport logistics development. And it also starts with the problems of development, discusses emphatically the necessity and feasibility of it. Thus, looks for the breakthrough point of the research of logistics development of road transportation. Finally, through analyzing developed country's current situation of logistics,drawing successful lessons from developed country, proposes that road transportation develops to mordern logistics should take the communications and transportation development " eleven five " goal as a basis, not only the good macroscopical policy environment for development of the logistics service should be offered, meanwhile, should pay attention to the guidance function of enterprise's transformation from traditional road transportation to modernized logistics industry, so that makes the road transport logistics of Shandong jump and go up to a new stage.
