| Since the 20th century, women leaders were active in politics, economy, culture, military, commercial and other areas of profession and social life, playing an increasingly important role in those industries, the importance of the analogy "the woman can go against the half the sky" became more fully explained. The paper selected a small portion of the special groups—the grass-roots women leaders and took the women leaders of C county in Zhejiang Province as the research object. The contents of this study include the basic information of the group, employment, family status and so on. We want to investigate the development of the grass-roots women leaders, study the common features or problems, and on the basis of all these findings, combined with the current research achievements and development trends, offer countermeasures and suggestions to the future development of grass-roots women's leadership.We found that:the women leaders of C county in Zhejiang Province tend to be younger, having explicit political beliefs; knowledge and education background increased significantly; long working life, but the job level is not high. Through further analysis, the women leaders'aspirations for profession, family management, the conflict and balance of the role and the characteristics of them, respectively, we gave a comprehensive explanation of the several aspects, and got the conclusion that the women leaders both possess female characters and leadership qualities, and can infuse female character in leadership working; women leaders are seeking a balance between career and family; female leaders are developing in both positive evaluation and queries; and we need to use a gender perspective to analyze female leaders more objectively. Finally, we put forward a proposal from the government, society and the individual aspects, including the construction of a sound system and laws; the establishment of women's leadership development training system; to provide the necessary social support, such as the development of standardized, orderly domestic service market; to bring the active role of media and publicity work and the societal orientation into full play; follow the development trend and people-oriented concept, fully use of women leaders'non-power influence to advance the female leadership advantage; improve their own quality, optimize the knowledge structure and professional structure and improve competitiveness; turn "inferiority" to "superiority", showing the images of self-confidence, stimulating the inherent potential and creativity of women in leadership. |
