Study On Chinese New Democratic Economic Theory

The Chinese new democratic economy theory emerged from the unique national situation of Old China, it is the practiced combination of Marxism-Leninism, the undeveloped, semi-feudal and semi-colonial, and big agriculture-oriented China, it is the essence of wisdom and summarization of experiences of the Chinese Communist party members. At the same time, it was also the first basic economic summarization of Chinese socialism during successive socialism exploration and establishment process. The main content of new democratic economy theory, many of whose view was the theoretical source of the primary stage of the socialism economy theory, was a significant component of the new democratic science system. It also served valuable theoretical references for the exploration of Chinese special socialism economy. It is very meaningful for us to research the Chinese new democratic economy theory thoroughly and systematically both theoretically and practically, by doing which we can understand the economy theory of the primary stage of socialism deeply and keep advancing the construction of socialism with Chinese characters.This paper insists using Principles of Epistemology and Methodology of Marxist Philosophy. What is more, it has achieved a harmony between history and logic, a combination of regular analysis and examples demonstration and a principle of linking theory to practice. All of the basic methods of processing method, analyzing method, comparing method and evaluating method are utilized. Based on reference and integration of previous researches about Chinese new democratic economic thinking, this paper concentrates on the view of political economy, and does a general and systemic research of Chinese new democratic economic theory, a comparison between new democratic economy theory and the economy theory of primary stage of socialism, an evaluation of Chinese new democratic economy theory and its loss and gain, together with its enlightenments to the construction of Chinese socialistic modernization.The formation of Chinese new democratic economic theory is not casual. Instead, it is all of the visualization of developing ways of Oriental societies by both Marx and Engels, the thought of developing socialism by making using of capitalism of "New Economic policy" by Lenin, new Three Policies of the People by Sun Yat Sen, Chinese classical traditional culture, the recognizing of old Chinese social system and the criticism of non-socialism economy theory, that are the theoretical fundamental sources of the formation of new democratic economy theory. And only after getting through all the four processes of rudiment, formation, development and maturation, the Chinese new democratic economy theory can be qualified deemed as a comprehensive theory system. That are, when establishing Socialism with Chinese characters, we need to combine the Universal Truth of Marxism with Chinese practices, recognize and master our basic national situation of the primary stage of socialism, explore a developing way that is suitable to our Chinese situation, insist developing market economy with Chinese character, walk the road of new industrialization based on our national situation, believe in the science-based development with no hesitation, opt a scientific developing strategy, achieve the good-and saving development, value the issues of agriculture, farmer, and rural areas, balance the development to build new type country side, protect the fundamental interests of people to show the essence of socialism, share the achievements of revolution and achieve the harmonious society.
