As an important part of corporate human resources, because of the special status in decision-making business, professional managers take an important role particularly.30 years of reform and opening up, especially in the past 10 years, China has formed a professional manager community.Most of them come from traditional industries, and some from the high-tech industries.But the professional managers market development lags behind, the real sectors of professional managers who have not formed, far unable to meet the huge demand for the community.This thesis selects human capital of professional managers as a research perspective.There are two reasons:First, the human capital of professional managers belongs to extraordinary human capital in management class, and its evaluation is the most difficult, is the most uncertainty, the problems brought about also are the most complex and most difficult to resolve.Second,professional managers have outstanding significance on corporate governance structure. In the modern business world, whether in state-owned enterprises to select managers, or private enterprises to employ professional managers, are to be achieved through a management performance.At this point,human capital of professional managers and its practical effectiveness is the most significant in terms of the company's overall competitiveness.Therefore,enterprises must select appropriate professional managers on a certain quality evaluation criteria.This paper, the quality of professional managers is divided into two aspects:implicit and explicit, and its human capital is divided into five categories in accordance with the ways to get,then establish the quality model for professional managers. Each type of human capital is related to specific content of the quality characteristics, and through combination of qualitative and quantitative methods measure the human capital value owned by professional managers.This merit-based selection of professional managers has an important reference value and practical guiding significance for enterprises, and has a very good role in promoting the incentives for property rights of human capital, helping to clear the sharing power of residual value,also optimize the company's governance structure further.The article is only carried out this exploratory research,with a view to having a positive role to standardize the market of professional managers and develop human resource management practices.
