Research On Risk Assessment And Risk Prevention In R&D Alliance

R& D is a highly intelligent human creative activity, needed a variety of professional knowledge and practical experience. It is a series of step by step process from the product planning, an analysis and synthesis process and a complex creative process. Because of large investment and long times, all kinds of uncertain factor that change frequently, R& D has been a high risk activity. Also the Unit itself has the instability, such as:Transmission distortion or delay in quality, cost, time, technology between enterprises, great increases in intellectual property rights risk, difficulty to avoid moral risk, and so on. Therefore, by assessing comprehensively the risk factors in R& D Alliance and building an effective risk prevention system, we can improve core competitiveness and ensure the union stability. It is also the focus of this paper.This paper used qualitative and quantitative analysis, the combination of theory and empirical methods, such as AHP, Set Pair Analysis, Questionnaire and so on to study Risk Assessment and Risk Prevention in R& D Alliance. The whole divided into five parts:(1) Described the significance and importance of R& D Alliances risk assessment and risk prevention; introduced the status of domestic and foreign risk research, and this paper's content and methodology used.(2) Discussed the definition and characteristics of R& D alliance; analyzed the formation of R& D Alliances; introduced the R& D alliance risk content and features; proposed the R& D alliance risk types, which as construction foundation for risk factors; identified the key risk factors and drawn the conduction process of risk factors; established the system Dynamic Flow Chart.(3) Introduced the risk assessment process; built risk indicators based on the second chapter, which were quantized by AHP; and established a risk assessment model based on SPA. (4) Built the risk prevention system which was consistent with the principles of flexibility, appropriateness and timeliness; proposed the specific preventive measures for key enterprise risk.(5) Took an alliance enterprise for empirical object, analyzed the risk assessment models established in chapter three. Through a questionnaire survey, we verified the risk assessment model based on SPA, and proposed a risk control strategy.
