Comprehensive Evaluation System Based On Enterprise Growth Matrix

Evaluation of domestic and foreign enterprises has been a hot area of business management research. How to set up a proper enterprise evaluation system has drawn the attention of various organizations, government administrative departments, research institutions. Facing this, the paper will conduct a comprehensive research on the enterprise evaluation system based on enterprise growth matrix.Combining the enterprise growth theories and development level theories, we will create enterprise growth matrix model. With this model, this paper will establish a comprehensive system to evaluate companies located in different areas in the enterprise growth matrix. In order to test the enterprise growth matrix and comprehensive evaluation system, this paper will apply factor analysis and cluster analysis to manipulate data of twenty listed retailing industry companies. By the methods above, we will locate different sample companies in the enterprise growth matrix, find out key factors and indicators, and construct a comprehensive evaluation system for the sample retailing companies in the enterprise growth matrix.
