Study On Evaluation Of Intensive Use Of Tourism Land

Tourism land is an essential material basis for the survival and development of tourism and also an important factor which have an effect on the relationship of land supply and demand. Its use efficiency may directly affect whether the tourism industry can develop fast, healthily and sustainably or not. In the background of increasing scarcity of land resources, the change of land utilization ways from extensive to intensive becomes an urgent problem, and the intensive use of tourism land will be inevitable. However, due to the marginality and overlapping of tour land, the study does not arouse sufficient attention of domestic and foreign scholars, resulting in the ignorance of land requirements for the tourism development in land use planning, the inefficient land utilization and imbalance between supply and demand of tourism land and many other problems. Therefore, it is necessary to further explore tourism land and its intensive use.This paper summarizes previous research results, on the basis of substantial research and data, taking the method of combining macro and micro analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, theoretical and empirical research to discuss the concept, influence factors and the evaluation system of intensive use of tourism sites, and carrying on empirical research combined with the actual situation of tourism land in Kaifeng city.The essay is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part, which puts forward issues of concern, reviews and summarizes related research literatures, expounds the main contents of this study, research methods and innovation.Through the further understanding of the land intensive use and the land used for tourism, chapter two mainly discusses the conception of tourism land, based on which, the conception and connotation of intensive utilization of land and its evaluation is well interpreted. Besides, related theories on land intensive use and evaluation are expounded.The third chapter is about evaluation methods of tourism land's intensive use. Through the analysis of effect factors of the tourism land intensive use, its evaluation index is selected. Evaluation system of tourism land's intensive use is preliminarily constructed by the selected evaluation index. From the selected evaluation ideas, indexes, evaluation methods of determining index weight and evaluation index assignment etc. are expatiated.From the microscopic layers, Chapter four chooses land of scenic sites in Kaifeng city as the research object, selects construction land of the 12 main tourist scenic spot as evaluation units. Evaluation index system of Kaifeng city tourism land's intensive use is established by the analytic hierarchy process, and various indexes weights of evaluation criteria for index assignment, and then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for the integrated operation to get the intensive use of each evaluation. To summarize evaluation results and related classification, here is an analysis of reasons for tourism land's inefficient utilization, appropriate use, intensive utilization and excessive use.In the fifth chapter, on the basis of evaluation results of tourism land's intensive use in Kaifeng city, some suggestions and countermeasures of its intensive utilization is presented. Moreover, in the process of implementation of tourism land's intensive utilization in Kaifeng city land, here is some advice to the related departments.The sixth chapter concludes and discusses the research work done in this essay, gets the results of this study, proposes the deficiency of research and some questions needs to be discussed later.
