Now it is the time of knowledge-based economy, the core of a company is talent and knowledge. Competitions among enterprises and optimize the allocation of resources must be achieved by relying on the carrier of knowledge - knowledge workers. Having a group of high-quality with high capacity of knowledge workers in enterprises will occupy a dominant position in the competion. What that the most important problem that the eompany have to face is how to incourage the knowledge workers effectively. The point is from each according to his ability, to each according to his need. This is a severy of the need of the knowledge workers in their early days'caree. It is very meningful both in theoretical and reality.This article is firstly by reading through the literature, drawing on the results of previous studies by analyzing and summing up the early stages of a career model for knowledge workers. And then using statistical software to make a suvey in 162 works of their early stage caree in different parts of China's industries by questioning and analyzing . and then come up to the conclusions: The features of the early days'care of the knowledge workers are different from those which at other stages of the knowledge workers, the five most important facts of how to incrouage the staffs are: growth and development, work environment, fairness, the new benefits, and recognition . knowledge workers at this stage that take the individual's growth and development for the most important and most able to incourage their work enthusiasm. A good working atmosphere and the fairness are a beter incouragement for the works whoes in their early day'caree than a high-paid .Accoring to the suvey, this passage disscuses how to incourage the works in their early day's care and give the measure of how to do that in aspects of growth and development, work environment, fairness, the new benefits and recognition.
