A good working atmosphere and the fairness are a beter incouragement for the works whoes in their early day'caree than a high-paid .Accoring to the suvey, this passage disscuses how to incourage the works in their early day's care and give the measure of how to do that in aspects of growth and development, work environment, fairness, the new benefits and recognition.
