Research On The Chain Operation Of Casual Dining Restaurants In China

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, consumer demand for casual dining has become increasingly prominent, our casual dining restaurants also achieved a certain level of development. However, the casual dining chain restaurants also showed some problems in the course of development, such as the misunderstanding of casual dining, the development of logistics and distribution lags behind, dishes degradation, shortage of funds, expansion difficulties, shortage of human resources, the weakness of brand awareness. To a certain extent, these problems have hampered the further development of Chinese casual dining chain and weakened the overall competitive advantage.Based on this consideration, the author used casual dining supply chain theory and sustainable development of enterprises theory, under the current situation of our casual dining chain restaurants, combined the theoretical research with case studies, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, inductive research methods with deductive research methods to start the study of our casual dining chain operation restaurants. First, analysed the structure and composition of the supply chain model starting from the relevant basic theoretical, and explained the core aspects of the supply chain; Secondly, stated the theory of sustainable development of enterprises, introduced the definition of sustainable development of enterprises, the probabilities and the corporate life cycle theory. Then analysed the problems under the current situation. And then gave some proposed about the formulation of laws and regulations, logistics and information management, research and development efforts, scientific dishes. Based on the comprehensive analysis, attempted to build the development system of casual dining chain operation restaurants. Finally, the author summarized the whole paper, and hoped that this paper would be useful for the development and healthy expansion of casual dining chain operation restaurants.
