Although the Chinese catering industry in recent years has been rapid development, market potential is tremendous, but foreign catering chain enterprises in China to the strong dilate, make Chinese catering industry is facing more and more pressure of competition. Chinese catering enterprises in order to fight against foreign catering enterprises, to seize more market share, chain mode is had to choose the direction of development.
