Scholars focus on differential pricing for a long time, and use "Law of One Price "and many other economic theory to interpret. More and more enterprises are to choose differential pricing strategy.What factors to make differential pricing existence broadly? Why some differential pricing can bring arbitrage-dealer and some not? What the impact of social welfare with arbitrage behaviors? The arbitrage how to compete with intermediaries in the market? The resolutions of these issues not only help to expand the research on arbitrage behavior theoretically, but will also help to put forward mechanism, so that make the wide of the mark differential pricing return rationally.This paper first introduces the differential pricing and arbitrage-dealer, so we have a basic understanding on them. We analysis social welfare effects of arbitrage behaviors, including the welfare effects on salesmen and consumers, as well as on the different markets. Secondly, we focus on the output competition and price competition of arbitrage-dealer and intermediaries existing in the market, we find a close relationship between arbitrage-dealer's market behavior and market structure. Thirdly we research on the factors that influence the arbitrage-dealer's behavior, such as transaction costs, transport costs, exchange rate risks, tariffs, etc; we have a brief description of the development of information technology to enable search cost reduced, these are the new development opportunities to arbitrage-dealer. Finally, we have a summary on the conclusions.
