Currently, agricultural product logistics has gradually become an important part in the society, and its development is inextricable linked with economy. As a large agricultural country, agricultural product logistics play an significant role in economic development. But to industrial logistics, agricultural product in China , especially fresh agricultural products, its logistics is still in the initial stage from theory and practice. So study on fresh agricultural product logistics attaches great significance to solve the practical problems of farmers and to improve the income level of farmers.Six chapters are contained in this article. Chapter one is introduction, and background, purpose, study status at home and abroad, main contents and research method are analyzed in this part. And from the article, the product logistics in china has developed to some degree in practice, but theoretical study to fresh agricultural product logistics is still in the external areas, especially from organizational model.The basic theories are introduced in chapter two. In addition, related theories at home and abroad are elaborated, such as transaction cost theory, supply chain management theory, third party logistics theory and etc, and these do a theoretical preparation to distribution modes of fresh agricultural product in Hebei province.Distribution modes of fresh agricultural product in abroad are analyzed and learned in chapter three, such as supermarket-led distribution model in America, central wholesale market model in Japanese, and processing of agricultural products logistics integration model in Netherlands, and these provide valuable experience for Hebei.The fourth chapter is on the research and analysis of logistics mode of Hebei agricultural product. the existing logistics and distribution patterns of agricultural products were analyzed and summarized through field research in Hebei Province: The main mode of the logistics and distribution of agricultural products in Hebei Province is still the traditional model,such as: Logistics Model of"Dual Market"and"Center Market"Two Stage Logistics Model.At the same time, with the development of economy and the changing of consumer demand is emerging some patterns of modern logistics and distribution of agricultural products, such as: Logistics Model of"Enterprise Integration", Production and Marketing Integration Model outside the Market and so on. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages to the four kinds of logistics model of the agricultural products put forward the comprehensive development pattern and development trends on logistics and distribution of agricultural products in Hebei ProvinceThe fifth chapter is on the design and improvement of mechanism about logistics and distribution of agricultural products in Hebei Province. The relationships among subjects in the system agricultural products logistics were analyzed by using game theory and put forward some suggestions about the optimization and improvement of the mechanism.
