Optimization Study For The District Agricultural Product Logistics Distribution Problems

In the No.1 document of the central government in 2007, the new target of making the village market system much better and developing a logistics industry to adapt a modern agriculture request is put forward definitely as an independent chapter. The central government thinks that to solve "three agriculture" problem nicely is the point in the point of the whole Party's work.While the flourishing modern agricultural product logistics system is the important guarantee of modern agriculture.The logistics of agricultural product distribution is the important link of the whole agricultural product logistics supply chain.But currently the agricultural product logistics in our country hasn't been well modled.For example,the distribution of logistics distribution center is not well balanced, agricultural product logistics and sale organization can't link up effectively,the plan for distribution is disorder,the big waste ,too long time and too high cost ,all of which constrain seriously the improvement of the supply chain of the whole agriculture product. Therefore how to optimize the district agricultural product logistics and to present a reasonable organization of distributionand to promote the efficiency and to lower the agricultural produ ct logistics cost.To Increase the farmers' income is an important research topic.According to this, in this thesis we first analyze the characteristics of current district agricultural product logistics distribution ,and then give a summary related to this topic at home and abroad. We mainly concern these problems from two aspects:quality and quantity.For example,we have studied how to set up district agricultural product logistics distribution system,how to choose an address for the distribution center,how to optimize the distribution schedluling,and how to incorporate it,etc.We hope that we can provide theories foundation and science suggestion for the optimization of the district agricultural product logistics distribution. The dissertation is divided into six chapters as follows:Chapter one is an introduction. Some notations, definitions and the basic background about the subject are introduced. And then the main reserach results about thisdissertation have been summaried.In chapter two we mainly analyze the current conditions of the district agricultural product logistics distribution system and point out the main existing problems.And then we put forword an optimize structure for this subject,and also we present some counterplans for development.In chapter three,we apply the network analyzing method to study the plan for choose an address for the distribution center,and the we set up a new evaluation indexsign system for it.In the end,we carry on some case analysis applying the calculation software.In chapter four,we set up an optimization modle for logistics distribution according to the "Company + household" modle.In chapter five, a new thought that put forward that we can set up an incorporation for the district agricultural product logistics distribution based on the supply chain theory.And also we can study the profits assigns a mechanism in the supply chain.In chapter six, the main reserach results about this dissertation have been summaried.
