Currently, Internet advancement has completely developed into the age of Web2.0 in which information is released by all people worldwide via Internet and people plays the principal role. It has no denying that video is exactly the most typical internet communication mean. As the development of video technology, video Website has emerged and swept across the world as a whole consequently. In China, video Website has been developing for 3 years. Judging from numbers merely, the development of video Website is nothing but thriving indeed, but the problems hidden behind the bright surface are harsh and inevitable.The paper firstly bases on discussing Precision marketing related theories and the profit model of video Website, using SWOT as study object, wholly analyze the Youku.com, finding it's necessary to apply the precision marketing in it, Then, bringing forward the method to make the plan about how to apply the precision marketing in Youku.com, proving it's practicable with two case study, Finally, the paper gives the general comment of applying precision marketing in video Websites, indicating that the video Websites can be achieved to max the profit, to attract more quality customers, the expansion of profitable ways to attract venture capital. This paper also pointed out that the video site also requires the establishment of a database of marketing and resource integration to make improvements to enhance the precision marketing effectiveness.
