This paper has used one 4S store as the research object, through the investigation of its customer satisfaction and the analysis of the factors of affecting customer satisfaction, has further analyzed the causes of the factors. Based on this, this paper proposed the improvement program of enhancing this 4S store's service quality and customer satisfaction.In this paper, to promote our Chinese 4S stores'sales and service level, the analysis conclusions and specific proposals have actual reference significance.
