The Effect Of Organizational Vision On Growing SMEs: Research Based On The Mediating Effect Of Organizational Commitment

Organizational vision is an organizational development blueprint, and ideal goal that organization hopes to achieve, it can unite, motivate members of the organization to advance together towards the same goal. Faced with increasingly fierce competition and increasingly unstable environment, if SMEs that in a weak competitive position can build their organizational vision to improve the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of organization members, and to inspire them to strive to achieve vision, it will be the key to their growth and development. Growing SMEs are outstanding and excellent group of SMEs. So it is a typical research to analyze the effect of organizational vision that put the growing SMEs as research objects.In the paper, organizational commitment is a meditative variable in the research of the effect of organizational vision on the growing SMEs. Firstly, based on the existed research, the conception organizational vision is divided into vision creation, vision communication and vision execution three dimensions; organizational commitment is divided into affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment three dimensions; The performance of growing SMEs is divided into profit ability, growth potential and the relative performance three dimensions. Then questionnaire is designed and innovated based on the former research, the formal questionnaire is formed through reliability and validity analysis on the preliminary questionnaire. And then send the questionnaire to the growing SMEs and general SMEs respectively and randomly though field surveys and network questionnaire and recover 214 valid questionnaires. Finally using SPSS 13.0 and AMOS6.0 to process descriptive analysis,factor analysis,reliability analysis and structural equation model analysis etc. to test all data, The empirical study shows:1. Organizational vision has a positive significant effect on the performance of growing SMEs and general SMEs.2. Organizational vision has a positive significant effect on the organizational commitment for growing SMEs, while Organizational vision has no significant effect on the organizational commitment for general SMEs.3. Organizational commitment has a positive significant effect on the performance of growing SMEs, while organizational commitment has no significant effect on the performance of general SMEs.4. Organizational commitment is the mediative factor of the growing SMEs model and have partially meditative effect, while Organizational commitment is not the mediative factor of the general SMEs model.
