Role stress exist widely in the organization of cross-border activities, employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and job burnout, leaving a significant impact. Etc. Therefore role stress will eventually affect the final implementation effect of internal marketing.This role theory, from the proposed fuzzy from role conflict and character, the character to measure the load in three dimensions of staff service quality management role, and the influence of the related theoretical assumptions and validation hypothesis model. Finally using standard research method and structural equation model and operation of the sample data analysis and evaluation results, and finally in service enterprise, alleviate role conflict, the role of fuzzy, the role of the load on the role stress management, the quality of service provided by different degree of positive role, which ease of service quality of fuzzy problem. Thus for service enterprise service quality improvement and enterprise image promotion and practical model provides theoretical basis for further improvement and optimization of the marketing theory, the internal service quality promotion function to provide guidance.
