| The innovation is the key on enterprise, the profession and the national development, also is the core competitive advantage. The innovation not only exists in the technical related manufacturing industry, also in the service industry. In recent years, the world service industry maintained the strong development momentum, the GDP which service industry brought is increasing unceasingly. In developed country this proportion even achieved above 70%, became the contribution industry of the economic development. At the same time, service industry brings the employment proportion is also unceasingly growing, who becomes the contributor about the solution employment. Behind these, the main center of resistance is the service innovation.If the service enterprise enhances the achievements, it wants to carry on the service innovation unceasingly. The service innovation already became the key of the service enterprise development. But how more effective to enhance the service innovation achievements has become the research focus. Now the usual procedure is to sharpen the service innovation ability unceasingly, either to change service innovation strategy, either reform service innovation pattern and so on. But there is a topic which is worth paying attention to, which is whether these variables and the service innovation achievements relations being relation, and whether have the middle variable involving.Based on the literature and theory about the service innovation, through the definition about service innovation ability, service innovation strategy, service innovation performance, and discussing the relationship, so constructing the conceptual frame. This paper study the service innovation ability, the service innovation strategy and the service innovation achievement, attempts to examine the relations among them through the empirical study method. This paper must promulgate whether the innovation ability be related with the service innovation achievements, whether the innovation strategy be the middle variable, as well as service innovation strategy and service innovation achievements relations. Based on the empirical study, also through the correspondence enterprise's service innovation case, this paper serves to provide the countermeasure to enhance the innovation achievements, be advantageous to makes better progress in the service innovation, so impelling the entire service industry development. |
