Research Module Of HT Real Estate Company On TQM

Along with the accelerated process of urbanization, the real estate industry has become a pillar of the national economy. Real Estate is a typical project-driven enterprise, Total Quality Management (TQM) is real estate companies' important competitiveness, Total Quality Management has become the only way of the real estate company to improve project management. To evaluate of the merits of real estate project quality management, analysis of the current Management company strengths and weaknesses, develop improvement plans, improve project quality, meet consumer demand for diversity in the market, improve enterprise's competitiveness has become China real estate enterprises urgently practical problems to be resolved.In this paper, the status of project quality management of HT real estate enterprise, as a example, was analyzed in the digestion and absorption of four domestic and foreign real estate companies' advanced methods of management projects. By the use of total quality management and theoretical knowledge of management information system, combining with our research, HT real estate company total quality management module was designed. This paper proposed the feature of four stages of project management:project decision-making, project preparation, project implementation; and project closeout tasks. The same tasks module was combined, and the weights of each module were given according to its importance of quality.Basis on the importance for the project, each module was analyzed in detail. On the foundation of experience in advanced real estate company, the light of our own research results, the changes on organization of the module of HT real estate companies and the integration of the project management module, the system of HT property's overall quality management module was designed. Last, the proposed operation and information system implementation strategy was offered for the modules involved in system operation. This management information system is benefit not only for long-term prosperity of estate enterprises, but also for the reference proposal of project quality management level for other real estate companies.
