Employee Motivation Of Private Retail Enterprises In China

This thesis on a comprehensive understanding of the status and the problems of China's private retail enterprises and employee motivation. In case study, analyze specific problems in enterprise, establish employee incentive model, design motivate staff-oriented performance appraisal system and institution, improve business management ideas. Model of individual incentive show the combination of the personal motivation and team motivation innovatively.Main research methods used are:literature study, semistructured interview, field study. Literature-based studies provide support for theory and practice. Through semistructured interview, finding out the status and the problems of employee motivation and performance appraisal in the company.
