Currently, industrial clustering has become the research focus of many economists, especially research of influence of industrial agglomeration for regional economic development and upgrading of industrial structure need a in-depth study of frontier problems.Since the reform and opening up, China's auto industry has been rapid developed rapidly, one reason is that with the cancellation of the planned economic system and the establishment of market economy system, the resources within the automotive industry continue to flow, integrate, production scale and professional deepened, the agglomeration effect emerged. In addition, foreign direct investment is also an important reason not to be ignored. Particularly since China's WTO accession, gradually increasing the degree of opening up the world's largest multinational corporations have invested in China's various industries, including automotive industry. Due to learning, demonstration effects of foreign direct investment, China's Auto Industry competitiveness greatly enhanced. At the same time, we also see that the entry of foreign direct investment also contributed to the accumulation and concentration of the automotive industry. Nevertheless, within China's auto industry, industrial concentration is not high, industrial structure is irrational, technological level, self-development capacity is weak. Because of economic integration of the global automotive industry trends and the correlation effects the importance of to develop the automotive industry by industry clustering approach and rational use of FDI has been highlighting, and this is a way to strength the ability of competitiveness economy of and technology of China is. Therefore, we should continue to improve the investment environment, reasonable to attract foreign investment reasonably; to encourage industry to Mergers and acquisitions in auto industry and improve industry concentration, concentration; to promote the automobile industry in innovation and independent R & D capabilities; to improve automobile business matching system components.
