The Research On Building A Chinese Express Team

Teamwork is a useful way of the organization structure in the Western modern companies, but it doesn't work in the Chinese express industry. For this reason, the study analyzed the different between the successful foreign express companies and the successful Chinese express companies, to sum-up the SWOT sheet, and then it was obtained three advantages of the successful express companies. It was the people oriented the technology leadership and the hugeness operation network. The technology and network need a lot of capitals to support the operation, so the easy way to use for reference is adopted the people oriented for the Chinese express companies. Anyway, the form of the high performing team is an effective measure to achieve the people oriented. Furthermore, the study used the empirical research and analysis to find the most lacked factor when the leaders was building the effective team. It also aimed at the solutions of the most lacked factor and considered the Chinese humanity analysis. It hoped the leasers can grasp the character of the compound people, implementing the different management measures in the different situations, to build the Chinese high performing team successfully at finally. In this study, the main problem of the solution is how to obtain the nuclear competitive advantage in this market with the fierce competition. The building effective team is a useful way.
