With the improvement of people's living standard, consumer start paying more attention to the key of the fresh vegetables, the key is no longer the cheap price, but the quality of raw vegetables quality safety problems. Comparing to the vegetables which farmer market business, the fresh vegetables of the supermarket have more quality security, gradually the buying channel of the consumer transits from the farmer market to the supermarket. At present, our country's supermarket fresh vegetables management generally become the key factor which supermarket attract customer, therefore, it is very important to supermarket fresh vegetables management that reasonable control the sale price of fresh vegetables.The paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research results of easy metamorphic product's value loss and pricing problems. It summarizes the pricing strategies of retail commodities, and analyzes the modern retail commodity pricing trend. Through massive practical investigation of the supermarket, it takes the supermarket high quality fresh vegetables as the research object, compares the types, the price of vegetables and the pricing models of the several supermarkets, and analyzes the pricing current situation and existing problems of supermarket fresh vegetables. It presents a new pricing method:the pricing method based on value loss, it studies vegetables'freshness, the value loss, and the pricing quantitatively, establishes a pricing model based on the value loss and give examples. The paper suggests dynamic adjusting the today sales price according to the value loss of fresh vegetables in order to attract lots of consumers, promote the sales of the high quality fresh vegetables and achieve the wins of the high quality fresh vegetable producers, sellers and consumers. We hope that the suggestions and methods which this paper presents have certain reference significance to the fresh vegetables pricing problems.
