Bilateral trade liberalization,must be considered as one of the important problems of two countries,if China and Japan want to establish of china-asean free trade area,which will be the future economic development.Then,actually Sino-Japanese trade in services liberalization of the present,to what extent and how to realize the liberalization,theses deserves our research.Service trade's liberalization is different from the goods trade's liberalization,and is closely related with the trade in goods. Based on past history theory and a review of related literatures,analyze the Sino-Japanese services and the development of service trade with Japan,bilateral trade barriers and open service level of bilateral trade in services,to establish the bilateral trade in services between export macroeconomic and medium industry model,and finally come to the conclusion that Sino-Japanese trade in services liberalization is a possible and gradual process.At the same time,to realize the bilateral trade liberalization,Japanese service openness to China remains to improve,and combined with model to analysis results, puts forward relevant suggestions for Chinese service trade export.This article by the title of "the analysis on Sino-Japanese bilateral trade in services libera-lization",divided into the four parts.The first part,Sino-Japanese trade liberalization of bilateral services were briefly described.According to the meaning of Sino-Japanese bilateral trade in services liberalization,analysis about Sino-Japanese trade in services liberalization level and the effects to two countries are discussed in this paper.Through the above analysis,it briefly come to that the the bilateral trade in services liberalization between China and Japan is a gradual process.The second part,Chinese and Japanese services and the development of both countries service trade status are analyzed. This part,the paper review the history and does concrete analysis.Through the data it shows that the third industry in both countries are increasing the proportion of trade in services, but the developing of trade in services between them creative twists.In order to realize the Sino-Japanese bilateral trade in services liberalization,the two sides should to create a good environment and atmosphere of cooperation talks.The third part,Sino-Japanese bilateral trade in services liberalization development was analyzed.First to analyze two countries'domestic service trade barriers,and calculated both countries trade in services barriers financial indicators to each other.Next, briefly analyzed the bilateral investment conditions,Japan to China's concrete service industry investment are reviewed. According to above analysis,the bilateral trade in services barriers impend Sino-Japanese bilateral trade in services development,China investment to Japanese services is low,may affect China's trade in services exports to Japan.The fourth part,do the empirical analysis to bilateral free trade in service between the two countries.Based on the macro supply and need,and micro industry respectively established Sino-Japanese trade in services liberaliza-tion's development model,through regression coefficient of model,we can verified the analysis results above.Finally,this paper puts forward proposals as below:China should give full play to the trade in goods trade synergy,it is necessary for China that we should establish a good investment mechanism to Japan's investment in services to us,reasonable use of trade in services barriers,to establish and perfect China's relevant legal system.The paper concluded that bilateral trade in services liberalization between China and Japan is a possible and gradual process,and need both countries joint efforts to create favorable conditions for cooperation and environment for trade in service development.
