Fawer Shandong Company is a professional chemical plant engaging in the manufacturing and sales of automobile leaf spring, which belongs to Changchun Fawer Corporation. Changchun Fawer Corporation was founded in 1953. In 1965, FAW's spring workshop was moved to Fawer, and then it gradually develops into its present scale after merging the local state-owned Fawer spring factories. Fawer is a large auto parts company in China. After years of development and transformation, the company has formed the annual capacity of automobile leaf spring which is 80,000 tons, which provides matching products to more than 20 auto manufacturers, such as FAW, Ji'nan Heavy Duty Truck, North Benz, Valin, Jinbei, etc. The company produces more than 800 varieties of conventional spring annually and exports more than 40 varieties of its products annually. The company's annual output is 2,200 tons and its products are sold to many countries and regions, such as European Union, R.O. Korea, etc. Currently, the processing and production of Fawer's products mainly depend on the methods of importing foreign production technology, making foreign brands in China, etc. This leads to the situation that Fawer's supply market is occupied by like suppliers. To solve the above problems, it is urgent for Fawer to build factories in other areas to enlarge its production scale. Nearly all of the land and plants of Fawer Shandong Company which are available have been put into use, so there is no condition for implementing larger scale technology transformation to increase capacity inside its plant. For the reasons above, Fawer Shandong Company is facing many major difficulties, including how to improve product quality, reduce cost, shorten production preparation period of products and implement timely supply. Therefore, building factories in other areas of Shangdong Province to implement local production and sales is an effective method to solve the difficulties.This thesis mainly uses project management, project analysis, project demonstration, and method combining theory and practice to implement analysis and research on the feasibility of leaf spring product of heavy-duty truck. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of auto spring project of Fawer Shandong Company, aiming at future trend of heavy duty truck industry in China and analysis and anticipation of competitiveness of relevant vehicle products and combining project implementation and plan schedule, project investment estimate and economic benefits analysis, this thesis makes systematic and deep research and builds up new factory management mode. This thesis also puts forward current market risks and countermeasures to prevent the risks after making analysis and comparison on the market prospect and profits of matching leaf spring of heavy duty truck manufacturers, including Ji'nan Heavy Duty Truck, North-Benz, Anhui Valin, etc. The detail research content is as following:First, introduce the research background: currently, the demand for heavy truck leaf spring is increasing, while the Fawer's capacity can not meet market demand. As nearly all of the company's existing land and plants which are available have been put into use, and there is no condition for implementing larger scale technology transformation to increase capacity inside its plant, Fawer Shandong Company is facing many major difficulties, including how to improve product quality, reduce cost, shorten production preparation period of products and implement timely supply. Therefore, building factories in Shangdong Province to implement local production and sales is an effective method to solve the difficulties. Currently, the processing and production of Fawer's products mainly depend on the methods of importing foreign production technology, making foreign brands in China, etc. This leads to shrinking market space of company's product and brings great threat to company's development.Second, the project is mainly based on the objective analysis of domestic heavy truck market situation, and its products have strong market competitiveness. The production engineering of the product is the leading technology in China, not only can it meet the increasing quality demand on leaf spring in China, but it also builds up foundation for the export of products in future. If the company can strengthen its management in product development, marketing, publicity, sales, service and part supply, grasp market changes situation in time, effectively reduce the sales price and add new products, it will fully be capable of achieving the project's established objectives and build up solid economic and social foundation for its future development.Third, according to Fawer's back analysis of product market prospect and integrated analysis of new product's positioning, recently, Fawer implements specific analysis and design on its organization conditions and plans of production technology, and Fawer specifically implements systematic analysis on many aspects of new projects, including production condition, plant design plan, product quality management & quality and environment protection system, organization system & manpower quota, project implementation schedule, etc.Fourth, project's economic analysis: based on relevant economic analysis methods, this thesis makes specific analysis on Fawer's investment estimate and fund raising, requirements and design principles on the company's relevant financial indicators, sensitivity, profit and loss balance and project's profitability and solvency analysis. Through analysis, the result that the project is feasible in economics is achieved. Fifth, according to results of relevant analysis and project objectives, Fawer shall complete the following work for implementing its organizational innovation strategy: Fawer's organizational innovation shall follow the principle of making organizational structure adapt to the strategic objectives of its future development for making its design of organizational structure; Fawer's organizational structure shall adapt to the requirements of modern information-based process and use modern information management to streamline its middle management; taking process as center means taking detail organizational task as guidance and fully exerting individual initiative of team members and function of process team with various abilities; increase the flat of organizational structure and improve the operation effectiveness and efficiency of organization. The following objectives shall be reached in company's culture innovation: culture should follow three principles, adhere to taking people foremost, market orientation, etc. A learning organization shall be built up and technology innovation shall be implemented.However, this project is based on the real situation. Although corresponding data collection is given to every analysis item, considering the factors of confidentiality of the project, application and approval, length of thesis, etc. the financial data and economic analysis derivation process are abridged. This thesis mainly includes the factors of investment estimates, fund financing, financial calculations, economic analysis, determination of sales price, product cost estimates, project calculation period, the determination of taxes, profit distribution, etc. This thesis also provides project financial evaluation and the conclusion that the project's economic benefit is better.
