The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is a major decision-making made by the party's Nineteenth Congress.It is a major historical task for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a modern socialist country.The Central Document No.1 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Implementation of the Strategy for the Revitalization of Villages in 2018 proposed to focus on solving outstanding problems in the sale of agricultural products,improve the construction of infrastructure to promote the development of rural e-commerce,and further develop the rural integration through the implementation of e-commerce Demonstration point,accelerating the realization of modern rural logistics.Gansu Jiuquan Spring Agricultural Products Market Company with limited liability was established in 2000 and has a history of 18 years.It is the largest scale,highest grade and most complete agricultural product distribution center and logistics center in the Hexi region of Gansu Province.However,over the years,the market has been committed to the development of the offline industry,neglecting the use of online e-commerce platform to develop agricultural marketing channels.This article takes the development of the e-commerce of agricultural products in the spring market as the background.Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature and field surveys,we analyze the external and internal environment of e-commerce development in the spring market.Using the SWOT method,the development strategy for the e-commerce of agricultural products in the spring market was determined,and a series of safeguard measures for the development strategy were proposed.First of all,this article systematically reviews the research background and significance of the e-commerce development of e-commerce in the spring market,and domestic and foreign literature on e-commerce development of agricultural products.It specifically describes the research content and research methods of this article,and outlines the e-commerce and development of agricultural products.The relevant concepts and basic theories of the strategy provide a theoretical basis for the SWOT analysis.Secondly,from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,we analyze the environment in which the e-commerce development of the agricultural products in the spring market is located,so as to better understand the external environment and internal conditions of e-commerce for agricultural products in the spring market,and provide the basis for the specified development strategy.Thirdly,based on the analysis of internal and external environments,the SWOT method is used to analyze the development status of e-commerce for agricultural products in the spring market,and a corresponding development strategy is formulated based on the analysis results and actual conditions.Finally,a series of safeguard measures to effectively implement the e-commerce business development strategy for the spring market,including policies,funds,talents,quality,and logistics,were proposed.It is hoped that this study will provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for promoting the development of the e-commerce business of spring agricultural products in the spring market.
