Research On Modeling Context And Context-Aware Application In Mobile Business Process

With the development of the economy, the number of mobile workers is increasingly growing. They have constituted a large group in the society. The mobile workers need to know the task-related information and other workers'task situation, so providing the right information to the right person at the right time is necessary. How to provide the right information and service to mobile workers at the right time in order to achieve the mobile-office in any place at any time has become an increasingly hot topic. The mobile worker's requirement of information is closely related to the condition which himself is in, such as mobile worker's position, role, the current working state and surroundings. These are all called context. The conception of context makes mobile-office at any time in any place possible. In order to provide information and service to the mobile worker in any place at any time, we need to understand context, how to acquire and use the context, and we especially deal with the following three issues:(1) How to build the context model, in other words, how to define the context information, which has related to the mobile worker's requirement in the business process, and describe the information in a universal and common form.(2) How to acquire the context information is another issue, for we cannot use context unless we acquire it.(3) How to use the context information which has been acquired, that is to say, how to define the mobile worker's requirement based on the context.Proceeding from the above issues, this dissertation analyzed the work process mobile worker built the context meta-model of mobile worker's business process, put forward a way to gain the context information, and proposed the applied model of context-aware.The main work includes the following aspects:(1) Using ideology of ontology, build a context meta-model of mobile worker's business process, The context ingredients of the mobile workers'business process are summarized, and the relationships between them are analyzed.(2) Propose the representation of context, which is based on the first-order predicate logic, and come up with the projection rules of transforming the OWL language to the first-order predicate logic.(3) Propose a context-aware support model, which is based on the Petri net, and give the model's definition, method to acquire as well as the optimize simulation, and an empirical example is tested and analyzed combined with the process of ship maintenance. This dissertation proposes the metamodel of mobile worker's business process and a context-aware application model, provide a new way and model base for applying context into the mobile working process.
