Research On Municipal Engineering Project Cost Control

The cost control of municipal engineering construction is of great significance to reducing construction cost,increasing interest space, and winning market shares. Meanwhile,it is also par of the important content for enterprises'management reform and establishment of modern management system.Therefore,how to control the cost effectively has always been a focus of municipal engineering construction enterprises as well as a hot topic discussed by many scholars and experts.This paper firstly starts from the domestic and foreign research progress of project cost management,and then gives dissertation to the theoretical foundation of cost control of municipal engineering construction.It analyzes the main factors influencing municipal engineering construction.By studying the current situation of cost control of municipal engineering construction in China,this paper conducts discussions on the cost control of municipal engineering construction.Finally by empirical study,the adopted cost control methods and measures are demonstrated.This paper is of some reference meaning for the cost control within the enterprises of middle-scale and state-owned municipal engineering construction enterprises.
