Synthetical Plan Administration Mode And Its Application Research Under The Environment Of Information Technology

Following the unceasing deepening of power market reform and the continuous development of information technology, how to improve the management efficiency and the market competitiveness of power generation enterprise has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on that purpose, this paper discussed a scientific and reasonable planning management method, namely Synthetical Plan Administration. This paper elaborates the basic concept of Synthetical Plan Administration, design the mode and implementing measures of Synthetical Plan Administration, establish a detail index system of Synthetical Plan Administration, and based on the theoretical study and object-oriented software design method, this paper designed and implemented a soft system of Synthetical Plan Administration.
