Research On The Selection And Evaluation Method Of Management Mode In Thermal Power Project

Fist of all, this paper summarizes and analysis some general project management mode, mainly including Design-Bid-Build Mode, Engineering-Procurement-Construction Mode, Project Management Contraction Mode, and Construction Management approach. Secondly, according to the characteristics of thermal power project, this paper designs integrated management mode and establishes an integrated management model. Thirdly, based on the basic principles of designing evaluation index system, the paper constructs the evaluation index system of thermal power project management mode. Fourthly, the evaluation index weight of thermal power project management mode is ascertained by combination weighting approach. Fifthly, this paper builds the multi-conclusion evaluation model of thermal power project management mode based on the singular value decomposition method. Finally, a specific case proves that the method is correct and effective in selecting project management mode.
