| This paper stands on the view of investor, start from project risk management theory. First, analyze the concept and characteristics of risk and project risk, as well as content, procedures and objectives. Second, introduces several common methods of risk identification. Through risk identification, construct the power project risk evaluation index system; Third, introduce the main risk evaluation techniques and use the fuzzy gray evaluation model in power engineering projects. AHP is used to calculate the weight of risk factor, classify risk, and then use the fuzzy gray comprehensive evaluation model to assess the project risk and determine the overall risk level of the project; Then, based on risk management objectives and principles of scientific risk identification and risk analysis, choose risk response method reasonable. Make programs of power engineering of major risk factors response to reduce or avoid the risk of loss from happening. Finally, an example for empirical analysis. |
