| The construction of the power grid developed rapidly from Eleventh Five-year Plan. A large number of new equipments, new technologies, new methods of management were used.Traditional methods of equipment maintenance and technical transformation were still used in some power supply enterprise, wasted a lot of costs, reduced safety. In this paper, the author studied the 110kV high-voltage circuit breaker of Suzhou power supply company, analyzed the status and the problems of the equipment management. Improvement measures were proposed. Through the information of various types of data collected on site, reasons and fault coverage of failure of circuit breaker were analyzed. The program of technical transformation and maintenance was given to high voltage circuit breaker. According to the theory of life cycle cost management and project management, the costs of maintenance and technical transformation of the circuit breaker were predicted.To meet the needs of the reliability of power grid, the strategy with minimum cost was chosen as the optimal one, this was proved by the value engineering theory. Some advice of process management and technical economical management to the electric equipment was given, the author forecasted the deepen application of the theory studied in the paper at last. |
