Research On Collaborative Decision-making Of Coal And Power Alliance Based On Business Intelligence Center

In recent years, with the marketization of coal and the deepening of the power mechanism reform, the contradiction of coal and power has seriously shown which seriously hinder the development of coal and power industries and the steady growth of national economy in China.In order to effectively solve the contradiction between coal and power industry and realize the coordinated development of coal and power industry, the business intelligence which has the cooperativity, intelligence, autonomy and interaction characteristics is introduced into the coal and power alliance and the collaborative decision-making model of coal and power alliance based on BIC is constructed. Then the collaborative procurement and the benefit distribution under the environment of BIC are studied. Finally, the comprehensive performance evaluation on coordination effect of coal and power alliance based on BIC is given. And the empirical research demonstrates the practicality of BIC in the collaborative decision-making of coal and power alliance.
