| With the development of globalization, more and more SMEs have walked out and carried out the international operation. As an important part in the process of internationalization, international market entry mode selection is crucial for the success or failure of international operation to a large extent. As the important main-force in national economy, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of SME s' international market entry mode selection.The dissertation mainly consists of catalogues and abstracts both in Chinese and English, introduction, text, and reference.The dissertation is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction which introduces the background and significance of the study, content, framework, method and the innovation. Chapter two is the theories summarize and literatures review of the dissertation. Chapter three analyses international market entry mode systematically, which gives the concepts, classifies and characters of international market entry mode selection. Chapter four analyses the status quo and the problems of international market entry mode selection of our SMEs.Chapter five, by using for reference and improving the predecessors' methods, using two models suitable for SMEs to analyze the influence factors and the selection process of international market entry mode, and draws some corresponding conclusions. Chapter six takes the examples of SMEs in Japan and China to summarize the experiences. Chapter seven is on the base of foregoing chapters, proposes some feasible policy suggestions about international market entry mode selection for our SMEs. |
