Facing the market economy development and other energy steep competition, the huge change has happened in the relations between supply and demand in electric power market. In order to satisfy the demand of the user, the power supply enterprise starts to take the measure of taking the user as a center, by the slogan of "begins the user's demand, ends the user's satisfactory" as its service idea. In order to achieve this point, the power supply enterprise must construct the informationization service system inclues pre-sale, sell, the post-sale, relying on the advanced and integrated management idea. In order to guarantee the highly effective movement of the system, we must construct an informationization platform covering the entire process of pre-sale, sells, the post-sale which is the marketing system of electric power. The power supply enterprise's sustainable development, set the more and more high request to the electric power marketing system. The management innovation, service innovation, technological innovation, taking the market as the guidances, taking the innovation as a power, and taking the benefit as the goal, becomes the basic outlet of the electric power marketing system. Using the modern computer technology, realizing the constructs and applies of electric power marketing system informationization, is the important support method of electric power marketing system in innovation development.This article emphatically introduces the design construction of new electric power marketing information system, and the function division of the service module, views of the connection of marketing and business, explains relations of structure and level between each service function, proposes the principle of system design of the marketing management information which should been followed. At the same time, the article has made the brief introduction of the system function division and the importance of each kind of module, using the production reality, in order to supply provides for the power supply enterprise, specially for the countryside power enterprise whose marketing informationization degree still quite weak.
