| The value of staff-to-business has been more and more attended by enterprises, and employee satisfaction has become an important method to enhance the performance of enterprises. Usually, the impact factors of employee satisfaction can be divided into two categories: personal characteristics and the environment. This research aims at discussing the impact of the two categories'interaction on satisfaction. In order not to increase the labor costs of enterprises, we select pay policy and work value fit as the independent variables. This research studies their influence to satisfaction and compares the effects. Under the global economic crisis's background, it is meaningful to study to promote employee satisfaction without increasing the labor costs.The article begins with a summary of relative researches, then distributes questionnaire, taking the staffs in 5 subordinate company of one locality group enterprise as the surveyors. And this research collects 311 valid questionnaires. Using descriptive statistics analysis, factors analysis, regression analysis and variance analysis etc to analyze the materials, the research draws the conclusion that pay policy and work value fit have positive impacts on employee satisfaction. And the pay policy can produce a greater degree of influence. The results also show that the satisfaction is different between different job levels. The link between pay policy, work value fit and employee satisfaction is closer when the surveyor is manager. But the moderator does not reach a significant level. In the final, we give some detailed recommendation for improving the whole organization. |
