| The Nanming mountain scenic spot of Lishui city is famous for human cultural sight, renowned for inscriptions on precipices. It is a famous mountain of the south of Zhejiang, and was classified as the first batch of provincial scenic spots in Zhejiang province in 1985. The new round《master plan of Lishui city (2004-2020)》has confirmed the pattern of "one river and double cities" which regarded the Oujiang river as the axis of southern and northern city, and Nanming mountain scenic spot as the axis. Therefore, Nanming mountain scenic spot has entered into the city from the suburban as a key ecological green land of the city center. According to this great change, the essay putts forward adjustment in planning, construction and management of the scenic spot.
