Study On Social Re-education Models Of Surplus Farmer-Labor Transfer In Wuhan

There exists a number of Spare labor powers need urgent transference in rural areas of Wuhan these years. It has become the top priority in building modern agriculture and promoting the new countryside construction in Wuhan to accelerate the training of the labor powers in their overall quality and basic skills and to realize an effective transference as soon as possible. Although the various training programs in Wuhan for the transference have been developing rapidly in recent years, due to various reasons, the lacks of practical demand and supply for rural labor training appear at the same time. According to the facts of surplus rural labors, therefore, appropriate modes of social re-education should be adopted and researches in rural labor powers transference should be enhanced. That has great significance in boosting the sustainable, fast, harmonious and healthy development of the Wuhan economy and realizing the grand objective of building a comprehensively better-off society in Wuhan.The thesis starts with the theoretical research of surplus rural labors and exploits the features and general rules in labor transference and social re-education. In combination with the situations of the surplus laborers in Wuhan rural areas, it puts forward some transference and social re-education modes which are suitable for the Wuhan city. Specifically, it falls into the following five parts.First, it explains the objectives and significances of the research.Second, in theory, it conducts a research in the concepts, features and general rules of the transference of surplus rural labors and social re-education.Third, it analyzes and concludes some successful experiences of transferring surplus rural labors in some other developed countries.Fourth, it uses examples to discuss in depth the status quo and existing problems of Wuhan in transferring surplus rural labors.Fifth, concluding the above researches, it puts forward some transference and social re-education modes which are suitable for the Wuhan city. They are the directional transference and re-education mode, the nondirectional transference and re-education mode and the self-employed re-education mode.
